Our Action Rafting Tour in Bavaria suits everybody - whether beginner or pro. With difficulty level WW II/III this stretch of river guarantees loads of fun and thrill factor. Starting and ending points for all trips within the Bavarian Region around Berchtesgaden up to Salzburg (Austria) can be found directly at our outdoor center in Baumgarten. All participants will receive high quality equipment before each trip starts. An exciting day full of adventures, emotions and experiences awaites you during your rafting tour in Bavaria - Here's everything worth knowing about it! Afterward, every rafter heads back towards their meeting place close to Lofer feeling excited and pumped up with adrenalin; there they start right away experiencing the thrilling ride along the rough waves. After receiving comprehensive instructions regarding security measures and practicing different command words under guidance of one of our certified instructors, we get going paddling together across turbulent stretches of rivers like the Saalachaue. We navigate throught rapid sections, deal with heavy current flows und whirlpools and become masters over these challenging conditions working closely together as a single unit inside the inflatable rubber boats. Lots of laughs and memorable moments strengthen even more that tight bond between us which makes teamwork so effective onboard those small but sturdy vessels.

CANOEING & BIKE TOUR : Děčín - Schmilka 3.5 hrs + BIKE RENTAL 17 km

Activity details Your tour starts at Camp Děčín, where you will receive a canoe or kayak, paddles, and a dry bag, followed by a short on-site briefing. This pleasant 15 km paddle takes you into neighboring Germany in about 3 to 3.5 hours. During the trip, you will experience the stunning Bohemian Switzerland National Park from the water, paddling through the deepest sandstone canyon in Europe. The tour ends on the right riverbank in the picturesque village of Schmilka, directly at the ferry station, where you can visit a local microbrewery or café with breathtaking views. Bike option After reaching the handover point at the ferry on the right bank, we will collect the boat and provide bicycles. You will then cross by ferry to the left bank to access the Elbe Cycle Route. Please remember to bring €2 in cash per person (including the bike). If you wish to visit the nearby spa town of Bad Schandau, you can also use the cycle path on the right bank. Bicycles must be returned by 18:30 at the Camp Děčín reception. A late return fee of 500 CZK applies. Option to return by train After arriving at the handover point at the ferry on the right bank, we will collect the boat and all equipment. To return by train, take the ferry in Schmilka to the opposite bank, where the Schmilka-Hirschmühle train station is located. Please remember to bring €1.50 in cash per person for the ferry.
