If rescheduling is required, guests will be notified at least 1 day in advance, with no additional cost. • Guests may choose their preferred time slot; schedules will be flexibly adjusted to ensure the best flying conditions. Flight Procedure • At the take-off point, guests will meet the pilot and have time to ask questions. • Luggage can be stored at the take-off site. • Guests will receive a safety briefing, wear flight equipment, and practice take-off movements. • During take-off, guests must run strongly and continuously until instructed by the pilot. • Once airborne, guests can relax, enjoy the scenery, and chat with the pilot. • Safety equipment is secure and comfortable. • Landing is gentle and may be done standing or seated, depending on conditions.
