Shiatsu massage
Enjoy a break for body and mind. With shiatsu treatment your meridians are activated and your energy flows freely. Surrounded by wonderful nature you will be able to relax well. This massage is traditionally performed on a futon. Your clothes should be comfortable because they remain on during the session. The normal price for 60 min is $55 which includes all fees. For an additional fee of $10 I'll come to your hotel room in Boquete.

During a walk I will explain to you many things about life in Panama, especially in the province of Chiriquí; history, culture, costs and much more besides. Bring all your questions with you because having emigrated ourselves and started again from scratch means that I can speak out of personal experience. Our nature has meant we have integrated very well here so know our way around accordingly. The cost includes everything at $35 USD per hour and half ($42 if paid by credit card). The price shown above applies for groups up to four people - please ask me for prices beyond this number. All fees are included within the rate of $35 USD (normal non discounted rate) per ninety minutes.
