Inside the 18th century building, which has been owned by the Ingardia family for four generations, you can take part in guided tours that include expert product tastings. This experience takes visitors not only on a historical journey but one filled with aromas, flavours and local customs too. All visits start off in the central square outside what was once known as a 'Sicilian Baglio'. The visit then continues around the baronial gardens before finishing up in the taste chamber - an old traditional wine storehouse. At the conclusion of this external exploration everyone sits down together where they are treated to another fascinating insight about Sicily's land, its olives and top quality wines. During these professional food & drink sessions participants get served some mineral water along with either hand made savoury biscuits or crispbread snacks.
