Tuscan cooking class

I am Katia and together with my uncle Fulvio, I manage the Tuscan cooking classes at our family boutique farm house Il Vicario. We are located just four kilometres away from the beautiful city of San Gimignano where we show people how to cook an authentic tuscan feast - although it’s not only teaching them techniques that matters here, as equally importantly they learn all there is to know about flavouring their meals properly. You dinner party becomes both a festival and unforgettable experience within this genuine Tuscano household setting. For those who want us to organise everything ourselves, including beginners courses, we provide complete traditional Tuscan menus which include lots of various local appetizers followed by first dishes such as handmade pastas served up alongside two distinct pastasauses before moving on to main courses featuring meats accompanied by another dish. Throughout your culinary journey through these delicious Italian classics, wine tastings take place along side samples of our renowned award-winning Extra Virgin Olive Oil. However, when participants already possess some knowledge of cuisine preparation yet still wish to uncover even further secrets behind unique regional flavours, we offer advance level workshops focusing exclusively upon complex recipe development – during which we create similar menu structure however incorporating much harder challenges throughout each stage i.e., creating multiple starters beyond basic ones previously mentioned , preparing several varieties of homemade fresh egg noodles plus additional challenging accompaniments e.g sausages infused with Saffron spice blend OR rich tomato based ragù alla romana style Sauce combined with Pancetta bacon bits ; secondly grilled cuts of beef paired perfectly matched sides & finally finishing off entire dining event with mouthwatering desserts!
