„DMM. Planets Art by TeamLab“ wurde erstmals im Jahr 2016 auf Odaiba veranstaltet und dann vergrößert nach Shin-Toyosu eröffnet; die ursprüngliche Ausstellungsdauer war vom 7. Juli 2018 bis Ende des Jahres 2020 festgelegt. Es umfasst vier großformatige Kunstwerke sowie zwei Gärten, geschaffen von dem Künstlerkollektiv „teamLab“. Indem man seinen ganzen Körper mit anderen Menschen in diese riesigen Werke der Kategorie „Body Immersive“ eintaucht, verschwimmt die Grenze zwischen Körper und Werk, werden Grenzen zwischen Ich, Anderen und Welt zu etwas Kontinuierlichem – wir erkunden eine neue grenzenlose Beziehung zwischen uns selbst und der Welt.
