Allure of Osaka Walking Day Tour

Prepare yourself for a dynamic journey through the contrasting scenes of Osaka—from the rugged charm of historic districts to the glamour of modern developments, and from the tranquility of panoramic views to the lively atmosphere of unique entertainment zones. Our Osaka walking tour offers a diverse array of experiences, providing valuable insights into the city’s rich past and vibrant present. As this is a small group tour, we pride ourselves on offering a personalized experience, ready to address all your questions and tailor the journey to suit your interests. We invite you to join us in truly understanding and appreciating Osaka’s vibrant culture and hidden gems. Meeting spot: Osaka Museum of History, 4-chōme-1-32 Ōtemae, Chuo Ward, Osaka, 540-0008, Japan Itinerary: Osaka castle, Tsuruhashi, Abeno Harukasu, Shinsekai, Nanba. We begin our tour from Osaka Castle. It’s one of the most iconic spot of great historical significance in Osaka. We’ll traverse the park grounds, too, all the while talking about the history, architecture, and significance of the spot. Historically, the castle’s reconstruction has been somewhat indifferent, and we would recommend considering other options instead. Trust us. We spend about 75 minutes here. Tsuruhashi area is known as Koreatown, celebrated for its exquisite yakiniku (grilled meat enjoyed at the table). However, we invite you to explore deeper. Tsuruhashi is a fascinating maze of small shops, food stalls, and restaurants, presenting an architecturally striking mix. Let us delve into the hidden history of Osaka together. Tennoji is home to the impressive Harukas, the tallest non-tower building in Japan, standing at 300 meters. This remarkable height offers stunning views of the surrounding area. While we in Osaka have heard about a tower in Tokyo that reaches biblical heights, we prefer to focus on our own attractions. We will not ascend to the very top of Harukas, but we will go high enough to enjoy a breathtaking view of Osaka, free of charge. On a clear day, we may even glimpse all the way to Kobe and beyond. We highly recommend taking a guided tour of the department store food hall, where we typically spend about half an hour exploring. Inclusions: All guide costs, Personal guide Exclusion: Your transportation (figure between 600 yen and 930 yen per person), Food and drinks. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
