Founded in 1893, La Maison Brédif is an emblem of the Vouvray appellation. Since 1980, Baron Patrick de Ladoucette has taken up the torch with passion. Known for its fine bubbles, it also produces white and red wines from the Loire Valley. Its 10th century cave dwellings offer a unique setting.
