Taichi lesson

A 90-minute structured instruction in Chen-style Tai Chi (focusing on movements rather than combat techniques) is offered in the lesson, specifically tailored for individuals residing in or visiting China. Our lessons not only facilitate immersion in Chinese culture, affording a distinctive experience, but also present an alternative option for you and your family during inclement weather.
