Join us for a 1-hour session in a secluded area of Eagle Beach for a beach yoga class—a blend of Vinyasa and Hatha yoga suitable for all skill levels. The session concludes with a brief sound bath and a relaxing meditation. Yoga mats will be provided. Cost is $30 per person.
