Libassa Wildlife Sanctuary

Join us for an educational journey through Liberia's only wildlife rehabilitation center. We are not a zoo; we are a sanctuary dedicated to giving a second chance to animals confiscated from the illegal pet and bushmeat trades by local authorities. During our guided tours, you will meet our current residents—ranging from pangolins and monkeys to rare birds—and learn about their unique stories and our intensive process of rehabilitation and rewilding.
