Évora Unforgetable Sidecar Tour
Well, we will start in the medieval town of Évora, but our ride on the motorcycle sidecar begin near the windmills in Alto de São Bento, where the Celtic people are the first settlers called Eborones. After this hill, the travel goes all around to see the roman heritage, and the ancient battlement walls of Ébora Liberalitas Julia, the Roman Temple, Tower Sertório. Now, in the old citadel, our journey goes from the Visighotic and Muslim legacy, they named as Yeborah. So, we arrive in the year 1166 A.C., the first Foral of Évora and we are near the Cathedral from 13th century, a monument two styles Romanesque-Gothic on the outside, in this square we!see lots of heritage, Duana Temple, Lóios Monastery, Évora Museum. The ride goes all aroubd the Medieval walls and towers, and the fortifications of the 17th century. We will visit the D. Manuel Palace 15th century which represents the Golden Portugal Age and the manuelino style but we won't forget the Giraldo Square, Portas de Moura, the Silver Aqueduct and the fountains, tower Sisebuto and of course a little walk in the old city to understant the old and the new style of architecture, see the shops full of products made in cork and another material in a craftsmen land, ending to share information about our gastronomy and the wines.
